Referrals & Partnership

Make a referral

Support starts with a clear first step.

Referrals can come from individuals, family members, carers, professionals, local authorities, community organisations and other agencies. We welcome conversations from anyone who believes a young person may benefit from support and guidance.

We take time to understand the person's circumstances, their current needs and the type of support that may be most useful. Where appropriate, we discuss next steps and work to connect individuals with the right support pathway.

  • ✓Families and carers can make a referral when support is needed.
  • ✓Professionals and agencies can share information to help identify the right support.
  • ✓We review each referral carefully and respond in a supportive, informed way.
Referral process

Making contact is simple.

We aim to make the referral process straightforward, respectful and collaborative. The best starting point is to get in touch and share as much relevant information as you feel comfortable providing.

  • Explain the young person’s current situation.
  • Share any relevant support or safeguarding information.
  • Let us know what kind of support may be helpful.
  • We will review the enquiry and discuss the next steps.
