Recovery Support

Personalised support. Renewed confidence.

Recovery is a personal journey.

At Genora Global Foundation, we provide personalised recovery support for young people aged 18-30 experiencing mental health challenges, crisis or housing insecurity.

Through one-to-one keywork, individual support plans and practical guidance, we help young people rebuild confidence, establish positive routines and develop the skills needed to move towards greater independence.

Our promise

Compassionate support with a clear path toward independence and stability.

How we support recovery

Practical, compassionate support tailored to each young person.

One-to-One Keywork

We provide individual support sessions where young people can discuss their circumstances, identify challenges and work towards meaningful personal goals.

Personalised Support Plans

We work towards developing personalised support plans that identify individual priorities, practical goals and appropriate support. Progress is reviewed regularly to adapt the plan as needs change.

Emotional Wellbeing and Confidence

Our supportive environment encourages young people to develop self-awareness, build confidence and access appropriate mental health resources and professional services.

Daily Living and Positive Routines

We support young people to establish manageable routines, organise appointments, engage in meaningful activities and build practical habits that support wellbeing and independence.

Access to Services and Community Support

Where appropriate, we help young people connect with NHS mental health teams, GPs, housing services, education and employment opportunities, and community organisations.

Preparing for Independent Living

We help young people develop practical life skills, explore suitable housing options and prepare for the responsibilities of longer-term accommodation.

A person-centred approach

Support that is respectful, practical and guided by each young person's needs.

We believe young people should be actively involved in decisions about their support. Our approach is guided by respect for individual circumstances, choices and dignity, clear goals, appropriate safeguarding and collaboration with relevant professionals and support networks.
